Subsequent YB Staff Member: $150/person

The ANYSYB Staff Development Training conference is not intended to sell, promote products or proprietary models. The content presented should be actionable for attendees without future sales. ANYSYB does offer sponsorships and vendor tables, more information coming soon.

Call for Presentations

The Association of New York State Youth Bureaus (ANYSYB) is seeking a diverse range of workshop presentations for the October 23-24, 2024 event to be held at Sonesta Hotel, White Plains, NY.

​

The youth development leadership training conference will focus on issues and initiatives supporting positive youth development, runaway and homeless youth, and afterschool programs and services. The conference offers colleagues the opportunity to share best/promising practices, learn skill sets to assist youth in achieving their goals and hear updates on federal, state and local issues and initiatives impacting the youth development field. Nearly 200 youth development, afterschool programs and runaway and homeless youth professionals attend this highly acclaimed statewide event.

We invite qualified presenters to submit proposals for workshop sessions that are relevant to the topics outlined in the tracks on the following page.  Potential presenters should complete the Call for Presentations Form linked below by July 17, 2024.

​

Workshop proposals will be selected based on their relevance to positive youth development, runaway and homeless youth and afterschool programs. Presenters will be notified in early September as to whether or not their proposal has been accepted.  We regret that we are unable to offer honoraria or coverage for travel expense to workshop presenters.
